With over 25 years’ experience leading agency growth and marketing worldwide. Patrick has helped double revenues, secured over $5 billion in billings, and reshaped global networks. As PHD’s Worldwide Chief Commercial Officer, he helped grow the agency from the world’s smallest network into a top-tier global player, partnering with brands like VW Group, Chanel, HSBC, and Diageo. Today, through 300, Patrick applies his deep expertise to help agencies win more new clients, grow existing ones, and retain their top talent.

Jo has over 25 years’ experience at both WPP-owned global media and Independent digital and marketing agencies. Jo has deep knowledge in the power of leveraging Marketing and Communication strategies to grow a business’s presence and reputation, particularly within B2B environments. Previous roles have seen her leading Marcomms across every size of business from 30 – 7,500 people globally. Key to her success has been her ability to deliver clear and holistic Marketing Communications to both internal and external audiences, particularly through times of rapid expansion and structural change.

He is an aspiring marketing professional with early industry experience, having completed a placement at PHD Media, working in the social team on content creation and idea development. He is now working as the 300 Growth Assistant, doing research and background work, whilst using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and NEO, to support the senior team in building relationships with CMOs, CEOs, and growth leaders. industry experience.
